🎓 Graduation Rehearsal (Mandatory)

📍 The Ocean Center – Daytona Beach
⏰ Check-in: 9:45 AM | Ends approximately 12:30 PM

All seniors must attend rehearsal in order to participate in graduation
Seniors should enter through the Exhibit Hall
Do NOT bring your cap and gown - school appropriate dress code should be followed
Friends and family are not permitted inside the venue and must wait outside of the Ocean Center
Free parking is available in the South Parking Lot
Transportation to rehearsal is available via an activities bus

- Seniors riding the bus to rehearsal must ride the bus home from rehearsal

🎉 Graduation Ceremony

Saturday, May 30, 2026
📍 The Ocean Center, Daytona Beach
⏰ Senior Check-in: 11:15 AM | Ceremony Begins: 12:30 PM

Seniors must arrive on time and report immediately to the Exhibit Hall
Caps must be secured and gowns fully zipped
Seniors may only bring a cell phone and car key - storage is not available. PRHS and The Ocean Center are not responsible for lost or stolen items that are left in the Exhibit Hall
A dress code check will occur at check-in
Diplomas are NOT distributed on graduation day (only the diploma cover)
Medallions will be given at check-in, CTE pins may be pinned to medallion
Extra stoles/cords/flags/etc are not permitted under gowns, please leave these items with your family for pictures after commencement

Travel Reminder: Heavy traffic is expected. Families should allow at least 1.5 hours of travel time from the Deltona area. Graduation will begin with or without the senior present.

🎟️ Graduation Tickets & Parking

Ticket sales: May 1 – May 22, 2026 (closes at 1:00 PM) through the Senior's Student Portal
Seniors may purchase up to 12 tickets (one-time purchase)
Tickets: $5 each ticket
Parking passes: $10 in advance / $15 day-of
Graduating seniors do not need a ticket for graduation but do require a parking pass for the vehicle they are traveling in
All guests requiring a seat (including children) must have a ticket
Seating is general admission; seats may not be saved or reserved

🎫 Tickets and parking passes may be picked up by the senior only (with school ID) during lunch in the Activities Office the next school day after purchase.

👜 Bags & Security (Guests)

Approved clear bags or small clutch purses only (size restrictions apply)
No balloons, noise-makers, cowbells, confetti, wagons, or strollers
Graduating seniors may not bring bags of any kind

📜 Diplomas

Diplomas will be available for pick-up beginning June 8, 2026
Location: PRHS Counseling Department
Pick-up Days/Times:
Monday–Wednesday | 9:00–11:00 AM & 1:00–3:00 PM
Seniors must bring a photo ID
All obligations must be paid prior to diploma release
Diplomas not picked up by July 31 will be sent to the district office
Seniors who participated in May EOC testing may pick up diplomas after July 20
RMA seniors will pick up diplomas and transcripts at the RMA main campus on Deltona BLVD

📄 Transcripts

Seniors may order FREE official transcripts for up to 3 colleges
The transcript request form must be completed by May 31: Class of 2026 Transcript Order Request – Fill out form
The request link closes June 1
After June 1, transcripts cost $5 per copy and must be ordered by completing a physical form in the front office
Transcripts are sent automatically once diplomas are officially conferred by the State
If colleges have not received transcripts by June 29, contact our registrar. Please do not email Mrs. Miller prior to June 29^th regarding your transcript.

💰 Financial Obligations

All obligations must be paid in full by May 15, 2026
Diplomas will not be released until obligations are cleared
Balances can be viewed and paid in the Student Portal under Customer Ledger
