Orientation Schedule

Wednesday, July 29 from 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM & 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM
 
Grade 9 (Freshmen Only)
Thursday, July 30 from 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM

Before You Arrive

To help reduce wait times during orientation, students are strongly encouraged to purchase required items through the Student Portal before attending.
 
When logging into the Student Portal, you may need to change the school year to 2026-2027 to view this year's available purchases. Be sure to carefully read each item's description to ensure you're purchasing the correct items for your grade level and activities.

All student obligations must be paid in advance before parking passes and/or off-campus IDs can be issued.

Outstanding balances can be paid through the Student Portal prior to orientation.


Get Set for Success at Orientation

Students can prepare for the new school year by taking care of important back-to-school items, including:

  • Pick- up student IDs
  • Purchasing parking passes (eligible students)
  • Purchasing lunch passes (eligible students)
  • Preparing technology and laptop information

Congratulations once again to the Pine Ridge High School Class of 2026! 

🎓 Diploma Pickup

Diplomas are now available for pickup in the Pine Ridge High School Front Office during the following hours:

  • Monday – Wednesday
  • 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM or 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM

Important: The graduate must pick up their own diploma and present a valid photo ID. For security reasons, diplomas cannot be released to friends, significant others, or recruiters on the graduate's behalf.


📄 Official High School Transcripts

Official transcripts have already been sent to colleges and universities for Class of 2026 graduates who completed the transcript request QR code during the Senior Assembly.

You may still request your transcript by emailing prrecords@volusia.k12.fl.us.

Please note:

  • Official transcripts are $5.00 per copy.
  • Payment must be made at Pine Ridge High School before the transcript is processed.
  • Please allow 2 business days for processing.

Cambridge AICE Transcripts

Students needing an official Cambridge AICE transcript must request it directly through Cambridge International.

📸 Class of 2027 Rising Seniors – Schedule Your Senior Formal Photos! 📸

All seniors are required to take a senior formal photo. Senior formal photos are used for the yearbook and graduation materials.

The deadline to take your formal photo is October 31, 2026, in order to be included in the yearbook and graduation publications.

Panther Food Pantry
Panther Food Pantry

The Panther Pantry will be open during the summer. You can pick up your orders in the front office. Hours are 9-11 and 1-3 Monday - Thursday. You will be notified when your order is ready. 

Second Harvest Food Bank is proud to partner with Pine Ridge High School to offer an on-campus food pantry for our students and families.

All students are eligible to request food for the week to take home at no cost.

Pine Ridge Pee Wee Panther Program (2026–2027 School Year)

The Pine Ridge High School Pee Wee Panther Program is now accepting new students for the 2026–2027 school year. This program is designed for young learners ages 3–5 years old who are fully potty trained (no diapers or pull‑ups).

Program hours are 8:35 AM–1:30 PM on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, and 8:35 AM–12:40 PM on Wednesdays. Breakfast and lunch are included; however, families with picky eaters are welcome to send food from home.

The registration fee is $25, with registration opening on May 15 in the PRHS Front Office. Weekly tuition is $50, and the employee weekly rate is $45.

  • Small Clutch Bags - No larger than 6.5" x 4.5"
  • Plastic Storage Bags - One-gallon resealable, clear

Not Permitted:

Backpacks, Large Purse, Camera Bag, Drawstring Bag, Oversized Tote Bag, Diaper Bag, Binocular Case, Mesh Bag, Tinted, colored or patterned plastic bag
